I believe housing prices will stabilize over the next year or two but no dramatic drop as Trump‘s economy begins to kick into gear high gear. Homes of all values will do just fine for the super rich. Have plenty of money to splurge on high-end homes over $1 million. Also, technology will allow construction of new homes to explode at reasonable cost. Don’t bet against Trump with regard to the housing market.
