@Toyota I'm hoping someone can help w/a safety concern w/my Prius. The brake booster failed, usually addressed by Customer Support Program ZJB. I'm under the mileage limit, but the program is time-expired. Customer service declined any assistance. I'm hoping you will reconsider.

@alamocares Customer service's response was that $31.68 was taken off of a $900+ bill, and that was sufficient compensation. This is unacceptable and makes me question whether to use Alamo, Enterprise or National in the future.

@alamocares Over the summer I reserved a pickup truck from the BWI location. When I arrived, there was an hour-and-a-half wait to pick it up, and they downgraded me from a full-size to mid-size truck.

Did a little hike this morning, a relaxing 7 miles through Santiago Oaks Regional Park.
