PSA: If you have children and take photos of them or you - watch your reaction! Comment on the emotion, the action NOT anyone’s appearance. Eg Horrifically bad angle of mom = “I look so happy there” - photos are to capture memories and moments NOT your perfect reflection.

Sometimes when things are just devastating in obstetrics the only choice we can give someone is how they want the plane to crash. And now in many places we can’t even do that.

Child Psychiatrist here. Overturning Roe versus Wade will kill children, no not talking about the balls of cells/ embryos, but the children forced to give birth. Maternal mortality will rise and suicide will rise.
