Today was a great day at WP Middle School! We handed out about 315 Chromebooks and schedules thanks to our dedicated and positive staff. We appreciated the opportunity to meet our awesome students and parents as well! If you were unable to make pickup, please come by the school.

Today students in Mrs. Miller’s classes used Google Expeditions and the interactive panel to explore the international space station and the orbits of our planets.

Our teachers have learned many great new tech tools this week! From programming Sphero robotic balls, using augmented and virtual reality in lessons, and immediately incorporating Activpanels as soon as they got delivered this afternoon, it’s been an exciting week!

Our students immediately wanted to try out the new Activpanels that got delivered today! Mrs. Pickett’s class used it to show their understanding of volume of 3D shapes.
