@na_croi@sld1638@jimhamilton4 Honestly couldn’t care less. South Africa can beat Australia convincingly next time they play them if they want to prove that point 👍 2 tight games between them in 2025. You don’t just get to say your the best - prove it.
@na_croi@sld1638@jimhamilton4 We haven’t won the six nations or come anywhere close because 1) we have no consistency in performance level 2) Ireland are much better than us.
@na_croi@sld1638@jimhamilton4 To just dismiss a legitimate win and overall dominant performance against France - “for France being France” - and then later saying they are so much better than Scotland is laughable.
@na_croi@sld1638@jimhamilton4 I’d say they are a similar level. Either could win in a random match. Scotland have mostly had tight contests with France through the years so aren’t so much better than us. Are France a better team = yes but Scotland can 100% challenge them in a match so “aren’t so much better”
@existdaybyday@ROB_Robireland Majority of game last year they were poor - only turned up in the last 20mins and Scotland let in a shocking amount of tries at home. I don’t think either player is deserving of first choice tag yet - Rowe deserve more chances and Kinghorn need to show some better form for 🏴
@na_croi@sld1638@jimhamilton4 It was France playing a form of rugby that Scotland are very good at - running rugby. You can’t say a team is much better than another team even though they were the only ones to beat them - no matter what excuse you make.
@existdaybyday@ROB_Robireland Yeah the fifth team in the world isn’t a real test 👍 of course South Africa are a greater opposition but you can’t dismiss 2 tries and excellent general play against the calibre of players of Argentina away. Kinghorn played poor in that game last yr at home.
