It is fascinating but honestly I think it’s pretty simple. It’s just melodies. It’s just a handful of melodies (that everyone has heard) and they just match it with the syllables.

Like this one is ‘She’ll be coming around the mountain.’ Everyone knows it, and you’ll notice they’ll reuse the melodies all the time. Like for this when they sing “they’ll be no rowing” and then throw “f-ing” in there, the syllables line up, it flows, and it’s pretty easy from there.
America could do it if we actually tried and got semi-creative lol. I think baseball should absolutely adopt this atmosphere. It’s the perfect game for it.

I think this VAR is like NIL in college sports. It’s the right idea and makes sense, but it’s very early on and there’s a lot of things that need to be fixed. You can’t say it’s completely bad just yet though.
