@iamhodge @Mappy6984 Now what will blow your mind is, she will eventually reach a point where her taxes YTD starting in 2022 will eclipse her next door neighbors YTD total that started in 2010. And it will never level out. She will forever pay twice the taxes of her neighbor for the same house. 🤣🤣

@iamhodge @Mappy6984 The issue is the purchase in 2022. Example. House built in 2010. Homesteaded. Taxes “frozen” at 3% max annual increase. Covid - Housing price explosion - she grossly overpays. Increased “values” = $13K taxes that previous owner was paying $5K. She now homesteads at $11K. YW!
