@peterb @OrionThirsts @UnseenJapanSite Agree with filling out of tag, but we found a step by step guide online but that was only when we dropped it at 7 eleven because the hotel we we staying at didn’t have pick up service. All hotels since have always been amazing and filled out the form for us.

@UnseenJapanSite We will be on holiday in Japan for a month for the 6th time after Christmas. Only travelled by train with our cases once, that was our 1st visit before we discovered the amazing Yamato Transport that delivers our luggage for us to each hotel, never looked back 😁
