Caught up with the newest member of @AggieFootball, @TheCougarWay dual-sport athlete @WilsonStapp as he trades in his purple for some Maroon as a preferred walk-on.
"I've been an Aggie my whole life... I think it's just being grateful to be there but continue to work hard & have confidence in yourself." #GigEm
Wilson Stapp (@WilsonStapp) answers the dugouts' wish for an RBI with a single to left to give the Cougars a 1-0 lead in the third.

After breaking his jaw in the first game, Wilson Stapp feared his senior season was over.
The College Station slugger has gone through a lot, including losing 20 pounds, but you won't hear any complaints as he's just happy to be back on the diamond.

First game back after having jaw surgery 5 weeks ago to repair three fractures in my mandible, due to taking a 94 mph fastball to the face. So glad to be back on the field with my brothers and competing!
With my high school career coming to a close this past Friday, I would like to shout out my backfield brothers @aydan_mb and Conner Cashion. In 3 years at the varsity level we accumulated over 10,000 yards and 114 touchdowns. It was an honor to play beside them each game.
