@rob_chiro@CorKinetic Honestly, it gets better! My sleep was awful after the broken nights of feeding babies but once I got it sorted, it's been so good, I'm surviving the menopausal years (you won't get those!) with a full night's sleep. I sleep better now than I ever have 😴
The more clinicians I talk to, the more they confirm that the belief that exercise 'wears down the knee cartilage' exists.
Well, it seems it DOES NOT harm knee cartilage.
Still a long way to go to debunk this myth!

A really big misconception is that noisy knees are a bad thing.
Noisy knees must be because you are getting old, maybe it’s arthritis or damage and we should avoid lots of activities that are perceived to make this worse.
This can lead to lots of fear avoidance from the activities we love to do.
My knees crack and crunch nearly everytime I move these days.
The hardest part of leaving my sons bedroom at night after putting them to bed is creeping out without the sound of my knees waking them up!🤦🏻♂️
But I’m not worried about it.
I guess I’m lucky to have been able to learn that it’s quite normal for knees to crack and in fact, it can even be a sign of a healthy joint.
The technical term for that noise is crepitus and it can be related to gas bubbles and fluid movement within the joint.
In fact those with arthritis and degeneration show signs of reduced joint space, reduced lubrication and reduced crepitus, so crepitus can be seen as a good thing.
So if your knees “sing” to you maybe it’s because they are happy 😃
The only time I’m more concerned is if those noisy knees are painful too.
Now that doesn’t mean anything serious is going on, many times I see people with noisy, painful knees whose function, strength and performance is equal to those without painful and noisy knees.
But if your noisy painful knees worry you, then do feel free to get it checked out and get reassured in order to keep you active and get the reassurance that it’s ok to keep doing the sports and activities you love.

Why are no U.K. politicians dealing with our ultra processed food and obesity epidemic that costs taxpayers £58 billion annually? Talking to CEOs of food companies it seems they are frightened of the editors of media like the Mail and Sun for nannying claims. RT if u want change
