Delhi: Local resident Hitesh Kaushik says, "Only 2-3% of the Yamuna flows through Delhi, but when it comes to pollution, about 70% of the contamination is caused by the people of Delhi. All the sewage flows into the river. When Kejriwal came to power, he promised to clean the Yamuna and even take a dip in it himself, but we haven't seen any such efforts. All the money allocated was wasted..."
