@HawaiianAir I’ve already been dealing CA and they keep telling me no. I’ve also reached out here via DM and my issue is still not resolved. They’re telling me my credit needs to be used by end of year. Not possible. I just had to cancel for November. I want to rebook for summer.

@HawaiianAir had to cancel my November flight that was using a credit from 9/2021 plus an extra $400. Now they’re telling me my credit expires 12/31/22. I’m trying to rebook for the summer, but im being told sorry, credit expires. HA will just keep my money? I’ve contacted CA 2x.

@HawaiianAir Well, I have been failed by @HawaiianAir. They will absolutely not budge on extending my travel credit into next summer. So they’re just stealing my $1600. Great customer service. Who do I elevate this to? #hawaiianairlinesfail

@j_ason @HawaiianAir If they cancelled your seat, I do believe you’re entitled to a refund. They won’t do anything for me. They’ve said no extension twice now and no refund. I’m floored that they won’t extend credits. Guess they’d rather keep our money without us getting anything from it. Horrible.

@gerardoyyzmad @HawaiianAir Same here!! American extended mine 2x. Finally using it in a few weeks. Delta extended until end of NEXT year. United actually sent us a refund. I don’t get what the big deal is with not letting us use them when we need/want to. Chances are we will spend more $! Good luck!

@HawaiianAir Ridiculous. Credits should not expire. Original flight booked 6/2021 for 9/2021. Cancelled due to Covid. Rebooked for 11/2022 now we have a school conflict. Need to rebook for summer. How can you just keep our money??

@HawaiianAir I have sent them TWO requests and they have said denied me both times. We cannot travel before the end of the year but will next year!
