"I am ever so happy to hear that you feel that way. I do my utmost to be as sincere as I can be. Hopefully others come around to thinking in a similar fashion."
Chuckling while throwing the other a wink.
"And hopefully you and I can get to know one another better."
Finally, someone who appreciates him for being blunt and true with his words! While there are certainly times where he speaks with flattery, he does mean what he says to Dietrich. He often means his words, even if they are laced with a tempting honey as a certain performer +
he knows would word it. A honey that was dangerous to many a bee.
Still, he had to get information somehow and his courtships were some of the easiest ways of making that occur. Not that this gorgeous man needs know of those encounters. +
beauty when I see it. Too many spend their time being nervous or shy about speaking their feelings, but I believe it best to live free, like the wind we are feeling right now."
Such amused contemplation from a man like this? No doubt he receives compliments like this on the regular, then. Ah, what a shame that he is probably nothing special to this man then. Especially given he wouldn't mind being so.
"I believe it is foolish not to praise +
stranger now, however.
โYou are remarkably bold with your praise. I cannot decide whether I should be flatteredโฆ or concerned for your judgment.โ
"Ah- twould seem I am more easily read than I would like to be."
Chuckling, his gaze turns to focus in on Dietrich's, smiling at him while he nods.
"No, I must admit that I came because I was mesmerized by your beautiful appearance. I've never seen a man so stunning."
Dietrichโs gaze shifts toward him, one pale brow lifting as the wind stirs the loose strands around his face further.
โMm. I suppose it does.โ
His eyes linger for just a moment longer than necessary.
โThough I suspect you did not come over merely to discuss the weather.โ
Someone else who is clearly blessed by the power of the loving winds. And someone who, he despises acknowledging, is even prettier a sight than himself. How he wonders to approach this one...strutting up to him, smirking.
"The wind blows beautifully today, does it not?"
Dietrich lets the wind catch his hair, the pale strands sweeping around him as he stands there looking ๐๐๐๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐ก๐๐จ๐จ๐ก๐ฎ striking.
@disguisedson My dear, when it comes to being a proper gentleman who woos the ladies, you have to be able to defend their honor. Many a lady enjoys that. Also I, quite frankly, don't have any hired guards. I'd like to not die while traveling. You must be able to protect yourself.
