Handshakes. And it's over. Four days, folks! It's your choice now.

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "We have to stop the behind the scenes meetings. The way we're treating the taxpayers just can't continue."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "It's about jobs. It's about saving jobs, creating jobs."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "There's a big difference between how we approach the job. The big difference: My approach is to empower people."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "We can't go back."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "You know me. You may not like me. But you know where I stand. I stand with you. I stand with the City of Windsor."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "In four days you'll have a choice... We've repositioned ourselves for success."

Closing statements!

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie says Rick hasn't answered the question on how he'd deal with CUPE.

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "There's absolutely no truth that taxpayers have been going down. It's just disingenous."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "There are certainly going to be issues where we disagree with each other."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "You know where I stand. I stand with you. Taxpayers first."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "The same way I always have: To represent the interests of taxpayers."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Question 4: When the next CUPE contract comes up, how are you going to approach collective bargaining?

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "Clearly, there's no respect to the taxpayer when there's meetings behind closed doors."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "My leadership style is to get things done."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "My leadership style over the past seven years has clearly demonstrated I have always sided with you: The Taxpayer."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Eddie: "My personal leadership style is to get things done."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "What I'm hearing from business leaders, community leaders, I think it will be a welcome change."

[TheWindsorStarLive @WindsorStarLive]

Rick: "Leadership is about empowering people to a common purpose or cause."
