( Jae’s room was perfectly organized. A small board with color-coordinated schedules and notes on different events and times, books stacked perfectly in line on the desk, and nothing even slightly skewed to any one side.
Almost like a model room- the only giveaway it was +
It had been a long day and his lack of sleep was really starting to make itself known.]
Well I think it says a lot that you're able to adapt so quickly. Its impressive. You've always been impressive though, who am I kidding?
+ his being a small note from Datu pinned up on the board- and an old air skimmer tucked under the bed. )
I don’t think I’m adapting all that well, honestly.. it’s been getting harder and harder to sleep, and I think it’s the messy scheduling.
( moving to sit on the edge of +
+ well…
I-It’s.. all a learning curve. Definitely not saying I like it, but… Y’know… Flow like the breeze or.. whatever the saying is. Any way the wind blows? Go with the flow?
( grabbing both of Datu’s hands and hoisting him through the window.)
( He let go of Datu’s hand once again, swiftly jumping from stone to stone, brick to brick- almost akin to a mountain goat hopping from place to place. As he moved, the breeze moved as well, swiftly carrying him until he stopped.
Nestled on the open windowsill of his room’s +
+ window, he took a deep breath and started focusing on helping get Datu /up./ It was a smaller inlet, so creating a wind current was much easier than in the open. )
I’ve been trying to learn to improvise.. with everything going on, I’ve kinda had to work around my plans as +
+ flute for you…
( lacing their fingers once again, and guiding him along, and towards the compound. No windows angled at this position- and a few suspiciously angled stones.
He really did get crafty with those little secret rendezvous. )
( He brought them up two more times, onto the ledges, before hopping up and hoisting himself up onto the top ledge, reaching his hand down for Datu to take.
Things seemed to be simmering down now.. Datu seemed calmer. It was nice. )
Then I’ll break out the good ol’ trusty +
[As soon as he could, he took Jae's hand in his own once again.]
I would like that a lot actually..tea sounds great. As long as you make it how you usually do. Its the best way. Though I wouldn't mind some music either if you think it could help with whatever's going on.
+ with your head, okay? Maybe some tea can temporarily soothe it.. or some music. Music seems to work wonders nowadays..
( If only he could carry a tune. )
We will, just.. here, wait.
( They reached a wall leading up to a raised ledge, and he let go of Datu’s hand, using both to create a current to lift them up and onto the top of the ledge.
Ah. Scaling the place from the side, and using blind spots. )
I’ll try to help you +
