@kittysquiddy I can't figure out how this ends. If you don't lock down, the virus will likely kill tens of millions since they are mostly unprotected with a weak healthcare system, but if you stay locked down you increase the risk of serious social unrest. It seems they lose either way...

@DowneastCapital Got the 16" propane one. Absolutely love it. After about 20 pizzas I've got the technique down pretty good. High heat so works to cook other items on cast iron also.

@joshyoung I build my sear after sous vide in super hot cast iron, 30 seconds each side flipping 2 or 3 times. Never thought to put the pan on the grill to keep the smoke outside. I will try that.

@kittysquiddy Shortages last year were a real pain, but this one could be much worse. Last time critical parts were usually on a boat somewhere so you just had to wait. This time, with many factories closed, the parts may not even exist. Could be some real price bumps for critical parts...
