@tomdecent 100% if a player has to have a hia they MUST asses why and if it illegal bin the player no time limits!!

@iainpayten Yep it can’t be one sided and the player who is hit high has to go off. They have to asses why it’s a hia and there should be no time limit on obvious foul play!!

@ChristypDoran If a HIA is called for later in play for something so obviously foul play it has to be able to be assessed and the player who caused it also sent, there is no parity here, it can’t be retrospectively one sided.
