@ArtiChaosCola I actually agree with you on that! There should have been more time for those conflicted emotions he'd definitely have. Even if he's not supposed to tell them about the future. Generelly, I found his reaction a bit flat to all that. There was a lot more potential they didn't use.

@ArtiChaosCola I know where you're coming from but I feel like Shadow is able to differentiate between those two versions because he now knows what happened. And even if not, he's his creator after all. Real children too have a hard time not to love their parents even if they've done them wrong

@ArtiChaosCola I think that's because the Gerald in white space who's talking about Shadow being his son is still sane at that point in time. He didn't lose Maria and he didn't hate humanity. The menacing Gerald we knew before Shadow Gens is the one who went completely insane from after that.
