@British_Airways Hey I just wanted to say thanks for fixing the app it has only taken 12 hours , but now I can see my plane is delayed due to pilots being late from another flight. I could have spent longer in the lounge, thanks one way of saving on the champagne lol. 😜 🤷🏼♂️

@British_Airways what an earth is going on with this Ba1352 flight, it's a shambles. Bus gate 10's of kids and wheelchairs, we are due to take off in 18 minutes. This is worse that the low cost carriers, cleaning the plane it's been on the ground since around 13:00. Shocking 😳

Utter chaos again at Heathrow… the tunnel is closed, the carpark buses dropping everyone at T4/5, the underground packed with no air it feels like… awful 😭
