Some extra advice from an operator in his 40s:

- Only about 10% of what you’ll do is ‘fun’. The boring work IS the work that actually makes a difference.

- Pick your partners like everything depends on it. The right partners made me more than any skill I ever learned. The wrong ones can cost you years.

- Keep your word even when it's expensive.

- The number that actually frees you is smaller and rarer than your timeline makes it look.

- Any habit you can't control scales with your bankroll. The more you have, the faster it can go.

Play big. Overthinking drains your energy. Nothing is that serious. Opinions are just opinions. They don’t matter.

From shy → confident.

From insecure → empowered.

From scared → brave.

When you know yourself and work on yourself, nobody can make you feel small.

Look at people you admire.

Do you think they care what others think of them? You think they are not confident in themselves?

The answer is obvious.

The secret to everything is confidence.

Every door you thought was closed, you’ll realize was open the whole time. You were just afraid to step in because of the unknown, the darkness there.
