We Remember: Officer William 'Steve' Whalen was trying to stop a truck along Xenia Ave. which was connected to a shooting. The driver of the truck opened the rear window & started firing. Off. Whalen returned fire twice, but was struck in the head & killed. EOW: 3/22/1991

Well...this is a first 🤷🏻‍♂️! Driver saw a small "black object" in the air while driving on I-5 and it struck the front of his car. He drove about 18 miles, stopped for gas, and found this. We recovered it and turned it over to @LakewoodPD.
