This is Alice nganga, the Thika town mp. During the anti-finance bill protests, where she voted yes to the bill, Kenyans started a campaign to kick out all MPs who voted yes in 2027.

In response, Alice nganga went on a live video with millions of money and boasted to Thika residents how she does not need re-election, because she has used their CDF money to make some personal investments. She further said the money she has made from the CDF kitty is enough to keep her and her family going, even if she is not re-elected. She openly said she has stolen enough.
