@Alamo@Enterprise Paid for car rental at Marseille Airport never provided. Counter refused vehicle, no proof given (said “it’s in system” — just request refund online). 5+ weeks, multiple escalations, zero response. Filing today with @CCPCIreland. Unacceptable. #ConsumerRights

I made an order on @schuh and it was supposed to be delivered last week but I didn’t receive the package on that day. The customer service said the postman claimed it was delivered as asked but couldn’t provide the proof. Now I need to pay for something I never received. Perfect!

@VodafoneIreland I have been charged the wrong premium price since April 2020. I have contacted the customer service so many times and it is stilling charging me the wrong price every month. I feel robbed. How could I get my money back? ! Could I call the police???
