For years, gun owners pointed people to the CDC’s own website when talking about defensive gun use.

Then the number disappeared.

Now it’s back.

The CDC’s firearm injury page once again lists a defensive gun use range of 60,000 to 2.5 million defensive gun uses per year.

Same range. No changes.

And the reason it ever came down is the part that tells you everything.

Emails showed gun control activists pressured the CDC over the 2.5 million figure, with one email saying that number needed to be “killed, buried, dug up, killed again and buried again.”

Not disproven.

Not beaten with better research.

Deleted.

And here’s the part they hate: I don’t even need the high number. Even the low-end estimate still changes the whole argument.

The page is live again. The range is back. Screenshot it, save it, and send it the next time somebody says defensive gun use is made up.

The Only Answer You Need For "Nobody's Coming For Your Guns

Thirty years ago, Australia took 640,000 guns from its own citizens and told the world that was the fix.

Now they’re coming back for 274,000 more.

That’s the part every American gun owner needs to pay attention to.

Australia already ran the gun control experiment. They already did the buyback. They already confiscated the guns. And for decades, American politicians have pointed at Australia as the model we should copy.

But if the first confiscation solved the problem, why are they doing it again?

Because gun control never treats failure as proof the policy was wrong.

Failure becomes the excuse for the next round.

Now law-abiding Australians are being forced to hand over hundreds of thousands of firearms for cents on the dollar, while criminals and terrorists are not walking into police stations to turn in anything.

That is not a buyback.

You cannot buy back something you never sold.

It is confiscation with a receipt stapled to it.

So the next time someone asks why American gun owners won’t “compromise,” point at Australia.

They told us this was paranoia.

Now Australia is proving it in real time.

O’Keefe asked an Unalaska local DMV employee, “We don’t have to go to Anchorage to get an ID?” The employee responded, “No, you can come here.”

An Unalaska resident confirmed voting takes place at City Hall and said residents “Don’t have to go to Anchorage [to register to vote or obtain ID].”

After visiting the library, DMV, City Hall, post office, and speaking directly with residents, O’Keefe reported: “Everybody here [Unalaska residents] are contradicting what Lisa Murkowski is saying [Have to travel to Anchorage to register to vote or obtain ID].”
