The conversation around combatting Rats/Campers is interesting. My personal belief is that people should be able to stand still, camp, ambush, rat. It's up to the players to know the locations and use tools to compete against it.

For example:
Faster nade throwing
Better use of smokes (cheaper and more plume)
More extraction choices
and lastly more incentive for players to not rat.
