Math can be tasty! Manipulatives in the form of graham crackers, pretzels and marshmallows were used yesterday in our second grade classroom to practicing 3 digit numbers. After working so hard, they were able to enjoy an extra snack! So proud of all their hard work!!

Your scholars worked so hard last week! They rocked their state test in the morning and then were ready to learn during the afternoon. They started their dystopian novel The Giver last week and did some background reading to help prepare!

Yesterday the second grader wrote and drew pictures to make into a book for Principal Scribner to celebrate national principal’s day. They all wrote wonderful words to her, and illustrated their writing as well! Thank you Principal Scribner for all you do!

Earlier this week we hosted a Childcare Director's Breakfast. Led by Admin, Dean Bauman Childcare Directors around the area were able to learn about the importance of collaborating together and preparing their students for kindergarten.
