Jackson Oltmanns, 28, was waiting for food at a Waffle House when Cartwright knocked on his car window asking for money

Oltmanns offered to buy him food instead

Cartwright allegedly cut Oltmanns in the face and chest before stealing his car

He then drove the car to a strip club in north Fort Worth and was arrested nearby

Cartwright’s bond is set at $150,000
