@chisportsfan_@SamOlbur You guys don’t actually think the cubs 18/19 roster was better right?
Brewers had like 5+ all stars in each of those years.
I’d probably take the 2019 roster over any brewers roster since 82
@dekker@wiaawi I missed my last class of the day every single spring year because our conference games were an hour away, and there are 4 games a week with makeups.
@dekker@wiaawi I don’t think you’d be able to get the same amount of players as you would, a lot of families are busy in the summers.
Then on top of that there’s travel ball.
But I agree it’s unfortunate they have to play in this.
@EstateWill19959@milb_central Brewers are having all of their potential mlb arms in the minors throw short innings so their arms can last longer into the season
@candanfield@TheNotoriousHRT@BOSSportsGordo Not saying, he’s some elite player, but his bad ops is because he’s not lifting the ball as much this year. His OBP on the other hand is .050 points higher than it’s ever been in his career. And his defense has been better than it was in Boston aswell.
@LGurriel3793@SpenceBard@Jared_Carrabis That’s not egregious or anything btw. It’s also well known around the league he can’t hit up and in pitches, and cries when people throw it up there and it grazes him
