#AccessBank are becoming mendacious. Why lie about my transaction. I needed a reversal of the failed Airtime Top Up and suddenly, they sapped 800+ out of my Account claiming it was SMS charge for the month which cost #4.00. Do U mean I have received SMS for 210 prompts. How?

@myaccessbank Access Bank is beginning to defraud customers of their monies. I've done a Top Up of #1000 on my line here via my Mobile Banking App, yet, I wasn't credited and Access Bank doesn't want to do a reversal for the past 6days. They keep giving excuses and acting fickle
