@CecilLammey As a Head Coach, Vance would make a killer D. coordinator, but would he accept being demoted to Mike's D. coordinator? AND, is Gary the right fit for O. coordinator? There didn't seem to be ANY effort to mold the offense to Paxton's skills-and I'm not a fan of Pax.

Having a star QB is still only part of the picture, the team. Packers, Colts, even Saints don't have case full of Super Bowl trophies.
