@RokebyLouis @LegacyPathCA I’ll be in the 200s, if inflation comes down my increases drop. My union gets between 2.5 and 4% per year plus merit bringing it to 6-7%. I make just above 100k now and retire in 32 years. If I top out in my job scale I will just get the increase of 2-2.5% and merit as lump sum
