@SouthwestAir when DCA turns into a mess, remind your gate agents communicate, communicate, communicate- even if there is nothing to communicate! Flight 1753 to Milwaukee supposed to depart 335pm. Maintenance issue, half people still on plane, half off in the hell hole that is the SWA terminal at DCA - all sorts of delays etc. Absolutely no update on our flight for over 45 minutes- Milwaukee not even on the board. Are we ever going to go? Are we going to cancel? Who knows...
