The funeral was nice. I'm glad it wasn't overly religious as my Aunt was seemingly an atheist towards the end.

My heart *broke* for my Uncle. They were married for 50 yrs this year. Hugging him made me cry.

I otherwise handled it relatively well.. I don't get as triggered now.

She was 68. The previous funeral was my great-grandmother's.. who lasted until 102, the powerhouse lol. And that was a long time ago, too.

No death in the family for some time. We don't really have.. cancer.. in the family. Not really.

Tomorrow PM I'll be attending the 3rd family funeral I've ever attended in my life. The 1st one, I was 6, made death a trigger of mine.. something I've been working on for ages. I wonder if I can keep my emotions together come then..
