‼️ One of the murderers of 🇬🇪 Georgian national hero Giorgi Antsukhelidze, separatist Kazbek Timov, was killed by 🇺🇦 Ukrainians.
Giorgi Antsukhelidze was tortured to death by 🇷🇺 Russian-Ossetian occupiers during the 2008 Russian-Georgian war.
Glory to Georgia! 🇬🇪
Glory to Ukraine! 🇺🇦
For contrast:
First photo: Georgians, with the Megobari Act, demanding protection from Ivanishvili’s authoritarianism from their ally, #America.
Second photo: Ivanishvili’s PM Irakli Kobakhidze standing next to Hamas’ leader at the inauguration of Iran’s new president, where chants of “Death to America” were heard.

For those who keep telling me that #Russia’s invasion of #Ukraine was somehow provoked by the West, here is a bit of chronology to consider. Time for a reality check. Enough said. #StandWithUkraine
This is insanely incompetent statement, here’s why —
1. This statement implies that borders can be changed through force; taking us back to pre-World War II era.
This creates 2 problems:
a. Stronger countries will go to war with the weaker ones (especially those with imperialist geopolitical aspirations like China, North Korea, Iran)
b. Weaker countries will have stronger incentives to develop nuclear weapons; and will no longer participate in nuclear non proliferation.
2. It de-facto admits that promises given by the Western powers are nothing but empty words; in turn, smaller countries will look for better, more reliable allies.
Naturally, this will empower Russian, Chinese, Iranian and North Korean alliance; legitimizes their imperial aspirations and ambitions.
This benefits the US’s main rival — Chinese.
3. These will lead to multipolar world.
Primary benefactor of the current world order is the US, but it seems they will lose on the international stage because of ‘egg prices’.
Breaking: Accounts of Nanuka's Fund, launched by journalist Nanuka Zhorzholiani to aid #GeorgiaProtests and political prisoners, seized by state.
“Bank says Tbilisi City Court requested it,” Zhorzholiani reports. No further details.
🇬🇪 1/2: The PoG claims the move is part of a sprawling criminal investigation targeting “acts of sabotage, attempted sabotage under aggravating circumstances, and financial support for foreign-linked hostile activities” in connection with the #GeorgiaProtests.
Large crowds have been taking to the streets in Tbilisi, Budapest, Bucharest, and Belgrade for months in succession.
RFE/RL's Georgian, Hungarian, Romanian, and Balkan services have been reporting on the demonstrations and the root causes driving them.

The line that you see is gas shells. 💀
@elonmusk Do any one of you know why the Maidan happened? Why 120 people where killed? On whose orders? It does not matter whether you are prowestern or prorussia, when you see one of your citizen dies by the hand of government- you choose and you fight.
We are Americans.
We are the most powerful nation on the planet.
What defines us is not our power to dominate the weak.
What demonstrates our character is not our capacity to traumatize the afflicted.
What speaks our truth is not how we taunt, deride or belittle the embattled, broken or battered.
We are:
The country of the Marshall Plan
The nation of The Berlin Airlift
The nation whose leader said, “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.”
We are at our best when we are resolute against evil -- not when we kowtow to those who perpetrate it.
We tell our truth when we defend the weak -- not when we do it only if we get protection money.
We are America when our leaders call the dictators dictators and those who fight to defend democracy against tyranny what they are: heroes.
Donald Trump and JD Vance didn't show strength today -- they showed weakness.
They belittled a giant and showed just how small they are.
They have the most vaunted titles in the world: President and Vice President of The United States of America. But the title doesn't make the man. And today both men brought shame to their titles.
A weary warrior was before them. A beleaguered man who has lost thousands of his friends and comrades to the unjust and illegal aggression of an authoritarian leader.
They showed no grace; no magnanimity of spirit; no diplomatic acumen. They were small bullies with big titles and they disrespected the history and legacy of the nation they lead.
Today, Donald Trump acted more like Russia's Putin than America's President.
To be clear: this entire thing went off the rails because Zelensky made the catastrophically offensive move of pointing out the reality that Putin broke a ceasefire in 2015 and that when Vance talks about diplomacy, he can’t explain how Putin is a trustworthy partner.
Zelensky simply spoke the truth, which Vance deemed totally unacceptable and offensive because he was trying to “litigate” the issue in front of the press.
And then it unraveled from there. Just wild.
