@RevolutApp my app has been frozen for 3 hours on a pending transfer out of my account. I can't do anything with the app - it opens to the frozen transfer page and an endless blue circle. What can I do? Is my money lost?

@DartCharge I have spent 1h 20 mins on the phone, no reply, no queue number update. Earlier waited 4 hours for the website with no response. Now giving up, you've wasted enough of my time. Waive the charges. If you can't collect the money it's on you, not on your customers.

@bentossell @tomosman We were confused by roundabouts too, then discovered it's law in Spain that you cannot leave a roundabout from the inside lane - which is why everyone goes round the outside lane!
