This is exactly what Israel wanted: to turn South Africa into a pariah state, with the help of some of its own citizens riding on genuine problems and legitimate frustrations. A country that is isolated, divided and consumed by internal conflict becomes weaker and easier to manipulate.
South Africans must address their real problems, but South Africans must also be careful not to become instruments in agendas that further damage their nation and its standing in the world.

Strengthening rural youth employment through #GreenJobs in 🇿🇼.

Speaking on the benefits of the project, Taipanei Wenjere a rural youth from Marondera 🇿🇼 said, "Meeting @FAO was a golden opportunity as our lives have transformed for the better."
"I have not only gained a stable income through the wage employment, but I have discovered a passion that connects me to nature. The project empowered me to become a young entrepreneur and a role model in my community." ~ says Tatenda Tembo from Mazowe.
White people and, to some extent, Indians are making money in South Africa because they understand how the financial services system works and are trained at home on how to secure their future and that of their children.
More importantly, they are willing to learn!
I first had an interest in buying a home in South Africa in 2000 when I saw a home advertised for sale in Centurion on a real estate website.
Just like in Zimbabwe then, there were mortgages.
Today, mortgages remain available in South Africa for both South Africans and foreign nationals who meet the criteria.
Sadly Zimbabwe doesn’t have traditional mortgage bonds today!
But that shouldn’t stop you from scouting elsewhere.
If you are not securing your future in property using the financial tools available to you today, like mortgage bonds which are available in countries like South Africa, you only have yourself to blame.
Ndimi munenge makuzotii, hee akawana kupi mari yacho, heee akaita fraud kuUK simply because you are ignorant of how the financial services system works and you show little interest in serious things and you are lazy and always find excuses to explain your failures by wanting to taint others who took time to invest in ideas!
As black people, let us teach each other how to make money instead of being haters!
There are properties that you buy for immediate income, properties that you buy for your pension days, and properties that you buy for future generations to benefit from.
I try hard to protect my privacy while also not hiding information from others.
As a South African, you have access to mortgages.
Use them to build your wealth and secure your future and not live from pay check to pay check.
As a Zimbabwean, you can buy properties in South Africa without a permit to live there.
It is strictly business for banks if you meet the requirements.
South Africans have businesses and real estate in Zimbabwe, Zimbabweans can also do the same if they meet the requirements set by the South Africans.
Use those facilities, they are there to grow the South African economy and to help you secure your future too!
To get a mortgage in South Africa, you need to have 50% of the house price of you are a foreign national without a permit to live there.
You don’t need to live in South Africa or have a permit to live there, just your deposit!
You can literally fly on a plane as I always do and apply for a mortgage bond in a South African bank, a decision is made in a day or two, you buy your property, and you fly back home whilst transfer happens in five weeks time.
The importance of financial literacy and utilising available tools to build wealth, particularly in real estate, is one area that blacks must focus on instead of useless insults on social media.
For many Black South Africans and Zimbabweans, the financial system can be opaque and daunting.
Understanding how mortgages, investments, and other financial tools work is essential for building long-term financial security and generational wealth.
That is why I always encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the Black community.
By educating ourselves and each other about the opportunities and resources available, we can overcome the systemic barriers that have historically disadvantaged us.
Next time have a braai and a drink with folks that you can learn something from instead of just going to Groove!
Old age is painful when you don’t have money, medical aid or you are renting!
Some call it Africa, we call it HOME.
This is how Zimbabweans and elephants living in the little border town of Chirundu mind their own business without any wahala!
Yes we also grew up playing with elephants🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
