Yesterday at a time like this I was in a queue at Shell Petrol Station in Kapsabet, I waited for 1 hour to get fuel and all the other petrol stations had no fuel. Surprisingly all the other petrol stations had fuel this morning. That's a crime that should be punished if our systems were working.
