@RodFergusson I think for this for all seasons in general, there should be a nightmare dungeon affix which guarantees encountering the season mechanic, e.g for this season the NM affix could be 'All Elites are Malignant' for the main affix and 'Increased Ichor drop rate' for the player boon.

@FAHAD_TV_ @PezRadar If you've ever gotten Vigo's amulet as a drop, it has a confirmation prompt whenever you try to sell or salvage it saying it's a special item. So the code already exists to provide some protection to items, there just needs to be a UI update to flags these items ourselves.
