@Uber_Support Your direct message was to call a specialized team on a number and they say sorry we can’t help as there is something on my account and they cannot help. So between you and @McDonaldsUK you stole £31 from me and delivered no food even though the email says you won’t take money!

At the moment I am pursuing this via my credit card company to say they have stolen my money.

Haven’t refunded my money from over 6 weeks ago when it was approved by your management. You wonder why people are saying bad things for the size of your company. Absolute disgrace and you have kept my money even through you agreed refund.
How hard can it be for staff @McDonalds in #Ipswich to put food into a bag for an order delivery. Ordered 2 meals 1 double Big Mac and a normal which says on the bag the order and yet they miss out the double. The biggest part of the order. You wonder why you get a bad rap!!
