No fast-tracking here and yet another sickening case of Two Tier Justice, leaving his young victims traumatised.

The two Falkirk women in their 20's, on separate occasions on the SAME night, were subjected to this Cladhan Hotel resident putting his hand up their skirts as he tried to kiss them in the dark of night.

This vile illegal migrant told the court that “I am just a young man like everybody else who wants to have a good time.”

Syrian 'refugee' Sheikhi, 33, denied having sexual contact with the women, telling police: “Only animals would do that publicly.”

But he was convicted of the sickening sex attacks during a trial last month.

Both women were attacked by Sheikhi within little more than an hour in the early hours of a Sunday morning.

As well as the women who were sexually assaulted, a third woman was seen on CCTV being approached by Sheikhi, but went on her way.

Sheikhi, a Syrian barber who came to Britain on a boat and was staying at The Cladhan Hotel in Falkirk – used by the Home Office – denied having sexual contact with the women, telling police: “Only animals would do that publicly.”

Well guess what you filthy POS, you are worse than any animal.

The incidents, on November 30, 2025, came only hours after major pro- and anti-immigration demonstrations were held around the Cladhan Hotel.

Feelings were inflamed after an asylum seeker from Afghanistan, Sadeq Nikzad, 29, was convicted in June 2025 of raping a 15-year-old girl in the town centre.

Sheikhi sexually assaulted his first victim, aged 22, under a railway bridge as she walked back from Falkirk’s Maniqui nightclub – which she’d left at 2.10 am –  and his second, aged 21, in the town’s Bellsmeadow skatepark as she walked to a friend’s house from the town’s XOXO nightspot, which she’d left at 2.30 am.

Jurors heard Sheikhi had been “roaming round” the town centre for hours.

He was arrested in his room at the Cladhan at 6.25 the same morning.

Though an Arabic interpreter, Sheikhi, who speaks almost no English, told police he had been on the streets because “I am just a young man like everybody else who wants to have a good time.”

Sheriff Keith O’Mahony, who adjourned sentencing until August, told Mr Hillend: “I’ll review these in advance of the next calling.”

The court heard that the adjournment was unavoidable because criminal justice social workers had not yet been able to complete a background report on Sheikhi.

Such reports are required by law where an offender who has not previously served a jail term.

He had been due to be sentenced today but the case was deferred.

“Victims of this vile predator, likes others up and down Scotland, are having their ordeal and their search for justice delayed by unacceptable backlogs in the courts system.”

Sheikhi was found guilty by a jury last month of attacking his “terrified” and “violated” young victims after they left different nightclubs in Falkirk.

Sheriff O’Mahony, who presided over Sheikhi’s trial, continued his remand in custody.

Supporters of  Sheikhi’s victims had attended the court to listen to proceedings.

A mother and her 16-month-old baby are followed through the streets like prey in broad daylight. A migrant pulls a blade and tries to carve up the toddler. This is not random violence. It is a deliberate hunt on a defenceless British child in what should be a safe public space.
We are told every day that mass migration brings enrichment and that questioning it is hatred. Meanwhile, our streets have become hunting grounds where imported predators target the most vulnerable among us. A 16-month-old baby should never have to face a knife because politicians decided to flood the country with people from incompatible cultures who show zero respect for our laws or our children.
This is the predictable outcome of open borders and deliberate refusal to prioritise British safety. The same mindset that produced grooming gangs, street harassment, and rising knife crime has now escalated to direct attacks on infants. Spineless leaders lecture us about tolerance while mothers must live in fear that their babies could be slashed in broad daylight.
How many more White British or Irish children need to be hunted, stabbed, or abused before the political class admits this experiment has failed catastrophically? Deport every foreign national who commits violence against our people. Close the borders. End the policies that treat British children as acceptable collateral damage in the pursuit of “diversity.”
This is not compassion. It is civilisational suicide. The time for excuses is over. Protect our children with decisive action or watch more scenes like this become normal. Britain belongs to the British. Our streets should be safe for our babies, not battlegrounds for imported savagery.
