WKU's First-Gen High School Summer Camp will take place June 14โ17, offering Kentucky high school students the opportunity to experience college life, build confidence and learn more about navigating higher education as first-generation students.
This free residential camp is designed for students who would be considered first-generation college students. High school sophomores, juniors and seniors in the fall of 2026 are eligible to apply.
Registration is still open! Completed applications are due before June 7.

WKU has appointed Dr. Christina Noel as Executive Director of the Suzanne Vitale Clinical Education Complex (CEC).
Dr. Noel, a Professor in the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences, brings over 20 years of experience working with individuals with autism and complex support needs across school, community, and clinical settings.
Her work is grounded in building systems that connect research, training, and practice. She has been instrumental in developing clinical training models that provide hands-on, applied learning opportunities for students while maintaining high-quality services for individuals and families
