Better would be funding employers to take on someone and help them stay in work via adjustments such as hours, flexibility, support via assistive tech, especially smaller companies.

Just today we were discussing an employment discrimination matter. There was no explanation for what happened to our client except hostility based on his race.
Disabled people rely on #PIP to be able to pay for costs related to their disability, extra washing & electricity or taking the odd taxi. Being questioned about their entitlement causes stress and anxiety. The #lizkendall cuts are going to be counterproductive and lead to death.
