Let me try and explain why cancers happen and why anyone reading this Tweet can have Cancer BUT you can lower your risk.
Let's start with What happens in the normal body.
Everyday you are alive, your cells are dividing and performing functions. every part of your body is made of cells with different roles.
The body has a clock , every cell has a born date and has a destruction date. there are 2 ways the body destroy cells.
One way is When it is time, the body tells cells...IT IS TIME. You need to die. There are some soldiers that go and destroy these cells that are worn out, some cells die themselves because it is time. A process called APOPTOSIS.
The body just like every machine can make mistakes, while dividing some cells might have abnormal parts or missing parts, BUT It has a Checkpoint. Any cells that are abnormal don't pass this gate. right there... BOOOM. The body destroys them. You don't want abnormal cells DIVIDING
BUT CANCER
Same cells, but when it is time to die, they don't die, these cells become like Methuselah, omnipotent. they are living forever.
Some funny things about them, if normal cells are dividing at a rate of 1, cancer cells are diving at a rate of 1 million. if 1 cells can divide to 10, cancer cells can divide to 1 billion.
For every cell there is a gate, so you don't enter into another cell.
Cancer cells are like those boys driving Lexus ES 350 2009, they crash into everyone. something called METASTASIS
Cancer cells get so powerful, they dodge the soldiers, the body is trying to kill them. they are too powerful, too much, traveling at a speed of light.
BUT WHY DO CANCER CELLS happen?
from everything explained you will see anything that can damage cells can increase these cells from behaving abnormal
- From problem of the body itself, radiation, family history, some substances can directly cause the cells to cancer eg Asbestos used in Roof- Lung Cancer, smoking- lung and more, alcohol- liver cancer etc
we also know there are some viruses, bacteria etc that can make cells turn to cancer eg
HIV- Many cancers
H pylori- Cancer of the stomach
HPV- Cancer of the cervix, penis, oesophagus, throat and more....
so in summary you can see why anyone can have cancer, which are abnormal cells dividing abnormally and can travel distance anywhere....
But how do I reduce my risk of cANCER?
I will be dropping part 2
Please do share , repost, I will be glad to take questions.
Thanks
One of the reasons I keep pushing on this adventure is because God always goes ahead of me and makes a way, even before I arrive.
Coming to Port Harcourt, I found a brother who has been following my journey since the days of Project Nigeria to U.S. on a bicycle. He came through with so much love, showed me around the city, and made my arrival truly special.
My brother, thank you so much for everything. May God bless you and continue to be with you. ๐๐พ

The Ogun State Police Command has reactivated Operation VELVET across all twenty Local Government Areas of the State, following directives from the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM in an initiative that forms part of renewed intelligence-led strategies to enforce transit regulations, enhance public safety on major highways and maintain uninterrupted vehicular flow throughout the State.
The exercise is specifically structured to target traffic offenses that jeopardize public safety and create vulnerabilities for crime along major transit corridors. Focus will be directed at curbing one-way driving, reckless and dangerous driving, unauthorized emergency sirens and vehicle with missing, altered, or covered registration plates. Furthermore, a clamp down on unlicensed drivers, vehicular overloading, and indiscriminate parking that obstructs the free flow of traffic across the state.
In response to the operational directive, the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, psc, FCSS, MNIPR, has ordered all Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers (DPOs), and Operational Unit Heads to ensure seamless execution across their commands. Reaffirming the Inspector-General of Police's uncompromising position on police integrity, the CP warned that Operation VELVET must never serve as a pretext for extortion, illegal detention, harassment, or unauthorized impoundment of vehicles and documents. Supervisory officers will be held accountable for the conduct of their subordinates, and any officer caught engaging in bribery, intimidation, or professional misconduct will face immediate disciplinary action under extant Police Regulations.
The Command calls on motorists, fleet operators, and transit workers across Ogun State to observe traffic laws and extend maximum cooperation to officers on duty. 2 bits of unconfirmed info. I was told he will take #15 and could be presented pre-game tomorrow.
Arsenal are still active in the market for the right player.
I created an AI Smart Glass to help blind people walk without a cane or a guide ๐
But this is not like the smart glasses people are used to seeing
Because this Glass combines AI, sensors, and GPS to help the user detect things in front of them, avoid obstacles, and know their location
But the most amazing thing is if the user gets lost, the GPS tracking system can help locate where they are from anywhere, and then send the location to the phone of the person taking care of them via WhatsApp or Email ๐ฒ
And now I am further developing it to a new level of AI + Voice, so it can speak with the user and also help them understand their surroundings
I have put the video showing how it works completely in the comment. ๐ฅ

Let the world see what a young Nigerian can build
In countries like the US & Canada (as examples), a responsible 20 year old man can decide that he wants to marry a wife and have children.
Why?
Because he's not going to send his kids to private schools and the government will pay him some money for even having kids.
And his kids are largely safe.
Even if he becomes irresponsible, the government will take his kids away from him and make sure that they do not become miscreants to the society.
When he's 40, his first child is already in the university.
Here in Nigeria, you're almost 40 and afraid to marry a wife and raise children.
As valid as your fears are, you'll surely not escape the consequences of marrying a wife without proper financial plans or backing.
And the government doesn't give a fuck about you.
End.
Even if Tinubu ensures that we have a free, fair and credible election in 2027, and he wins.
I'll be shocked by the result.
It means that majority of Nigerians enjoy suffering and begging.
If you know what this economy has done to you, Tinubu will not win that election.
End.
