@DogginTrump I'm pretty sure this happened 5 or 6 years ago. The farmers couldn't get anyone to work for the farms at relatively low wages nor even higher wages, job was too hard. After a bunch of crops failed to be harvested, states expedited some green cards to get some known workers back.
