I have a friend who is very good at video editing,it feels like play to her. She's aslo good at art like making handmade presents,bouques, decorating things..
Her creative side is very dominant

What suggestions should i give her for monetizing these skill??

she hasn't made any money out of it till now

How are people just using social media right after waking up??

if I do that even for few minutes
I just start to feeling drained,just dry and empty onwards,
It feels like energy is being sucked out of me

I want to improve my voice, delivery,rate of speech,tone..etc but i don't know how to improve them and in the first place how to judge them.

i don't know about it much so i cant judge aslo,if u have any suggestions just drop
