Going through trauma & a spiritual awakening isn’t for the faint hearted.
You really have to go deep into yourself & literally rewire/change most aspects of yourself to grow & heal.
You will sometimes feel guilt & shame for the bad that you have sometimes done but don’t be hard on yourself as you didn’t know better due to the way you might have been raised and sometimes your state of mind, misdirection & disassociation trauma put your mind in a different place but if you can recognise this and work on it then you’re moving in the right direction.
None of us are perfect but it’s how you move forward and learn from your mistakes that make you a better person
happening up until the final moment I decide to pop those pills! Yeah karma is a bitch but we have all have it good & bad!

1995 vs 2000
Genuinely don’t know which way this will go. Usually any 90s year gets the votes, but 2000 is a properly brilliant year.
If you HAD to choose one, which would it be?
Hope you can join us Sunday at 7 on Kisstory when we'll do them both in full 🙂
