Today’s Staff Appreciation Lunch at East High was a delicious celebration of the amazing team that makes our school community shine! From supporting students and families to uplifting one another every day, our East High staff is truly something special — and we’re so grateful for all that you do.

A huge shoutout to the incredible parents who helped make today’s meal possible: Mrs. Ahern, Mrs. Artz, and Mrs. Schmanski — thank you for serving with smiles and heart! We also want to give a big thank you to Mrs. Robinet and Mrs. Kelly for their extra hands and support during today’s festivities.

Today, on National School Lunch Hero Day, we proudly honor the incredible café team at East High School. Behind every meal served is a group of dedicated individuals who show up each day with warmth, care, and a commitment to nourishing our students.

Whether it’s arriving early to start breakfast, remembering a student’s favorite lunch, or offering a kind word with every tray, our café staff go far beyond their job descriptions. They are often the first friendly faces students see in the morning, and they create an environment where everyone feels welcome and cared for.

Your hard work does not go unnoticed. You help fuel learning, comfort students through routine and kindness, and bring heart to our school community. You are truly heroes in aprons.
