Shouting, cursing and using physical force... they were exceptionally smug too. I'm going to put in a formal complaint, I've heard quite a few are!

@taemcookie @TroxyLondon It was one of the worst organised concerts I've ever been to. Absolutely awful staff. The venue decided to take the second half of the queue in before first first with the excuse that people started queuing before 1pm

@TroxyLondon @taemcookie Absolutely not true, queuing officially started at 12.45... I followed what security said, came back at 1pm and am now right at the back of the VIP queue.

@lovemazekth I love the fact that Taemin is doing a smaller venue. It gives the chance for fans to experience a more intimate concert they'll probably never have a chance to. Yeah, it was practically impossible to get a ticket but that makes it so much more special.
