The reality is we may continue to cry, grieve, and seek rest in between, but we won’t let white supremacy win. We will continue to mobilize.
It is with immense pride that we announce our 2022 endorsed slate of new candidates. (2/3)

@JayJacobs28 this is about putting the best interest of the party first. Because a Dem government believes in bettering the lives of all constituents. You’ve proven that this isn’t your intention. Please resign.
Jay Jacobs denied that Hochul had a detrimental effect on other candidates and refused to accept blame for both her performance and losses in Congress...
Instead, he placed blame on progressive politicians who have shifted the party too far to the left. https://t.co/7w2MVGxXrm
It’s been 100+ days since Roe was overturned. Per @Guttmacher:
• In 14 states no providers are offering abortions
• At least 66 clinics stopped offering abortions since 6/24
• 26 clinics have shut down
New York must lead. Let's pass the Reproductive Freedom + Equity Fund!
It is one thing to be upset at your elected representatives, it is another thing entirely to threaten their lives. The threats made to @tiffany_caban and her staff are unacceptable, and ultimately punish the constituents who do need help and can’t access the office.
Today, the Council will hear testimony on the bill with supermajority support to end solitary confinement in New York City once and for all.
Locking people away for weeks or months does not keep us safe. Torture by any name cannot stand, and this Council must lead the way.
We are officially launching our search for a Chief of Staff! We hope you’ll consider applying or share this with your networks. We’re asking anyone interested to apply by Friday 10/7 at 5pm.

The @Harvard Leadership Doctorate program will be getting an amazing person. We are so proud to see our fellow #Resister following her dreams and doing what she does best, pushing for institutions to lead with courage, equity and social justice. 3/3
It is with immense gratitude and love that we announce the transition of @jmarifernandez from our leadership team. For the past 6 years, Jasmine has served at varying capacities of the leadership team. 1/3
Her amazing work ethic, policy knowledge, and all around grace has been a major anchor for our #ReSister family. While we are sad to see her go, we are very excited for all the amazing work that she’s heading towards. 2/3
The deadline to apply for @2ndchancenyc Digital Media Fellowship, a paid 6-month training for formerly incarcerated people, is in just 3 days! @prisonculture@OsborneNY
📢 ABORTION IS ESSENTIAL HEALTH CARE 📢
Now more than ever we need to mobilize. If you believe #AbortionIsEssential, it’s time to take action: https://t.co/qdDieQoNbA
Whether that’s the fault of @NYCMayor, DOE or the Council depends on who you ask, and it’s not entirely clear yet. But the system allows for a better flow of accurate information before votes are cast.
