@AmericanAir on 7/7, after 3 gate changes our flight delayed, then canceled. Not much explanation. Fam of 5 to fly direct from DC to New Orleans but rebooked to Rah/Durham, then, Charlotte, enroute to new Orleans. First flight for 3 kids under 8. Booted from terminal. It's 3A.M.
